Columbus Gives Back will be volunteering at Slice of Columbus benefiting Nationwide Children's Hospital.  I (Juliana) volunteered here last year and it was a great time - fun crowd, good music, and a ton of delicious pizza.

What to expect: We will be helping wherever they need us...last year I served as a pizza runner and delivered pizzas from the oven/kitchen area to the pizza booths.

Where: LC Pavilion, 405 Neil Ave., Columbus, OH 4321

Meeting place:  We will meet with the other volunteers at the entrance to the outdoor entrance of the LC Pavilion. 

When:  Wednesday, September 15, 7-10PM.  I know this is late for a lot of folks, so feel free to stick around for just as long as you can/want.

Wear: Comfortable clothes and shoes

About Slice of Columbus:  Slice of Columbus is an event organized by the Development Board of Nationwide Children's Hospital.  Twenty area pizza shops will prepare their finest pies, which will be tasted by all attendees and judged by a panel of local celebrities and chefs. The winning pizza is named "Best of Columbus" and the pizza earning the most votes from the crowd is named "People's Choice."
